General
1. The purpose of this policy (“Privacy Policy”) is to inform you of how we manage personal data in accordance with the provisions under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
2. “Personal Data” shall refer to any data or information about you from which you can be identified either from that data or from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access. Such Personal Data shall also refer to that which is already in our possession or that which shall be collected by us in the future. The Privacy Policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Examples of such Personal Data which you may provide to us include:
  1. your name;
  2. your mobile number;
  3. your email address; and
  4. information about your usage of and interaction with the App, including mobile device and connection information, device capability and statistics on page views.
3. Please read the following carefully to understand out views and practices regarding your Personal Data and how we will treat it. For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy forms a part of the App’s Terms of Use (“Terms”). In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Terms, the Privacy Policy shall prevail. All defined terms contained in the Terms shall apply to this Privacy Policy unless otherwise specifically stated. By using the App, you accept and consent to the terms in this Privacy Policy.
4. You acknowledge that to the fullest extent permitted by law, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties whom are not under our control or employment.
Personal Data Collected From You
1. We collect Personal Data from you when you provide it to us in the following situations:
  1. When you sign up for an account to use the App;

  3. When you post a Tack containing any Personal Data; and
  4. When you submit your Personal Data to us for any other reasons.
2. We may use the Personal Data which you provide to us, in the aggregate, individually or combined with other information, for purposes which may include but is not limited to the following:
  1. enabling your use of the App;
  2. responding to your enquiries or requests or complaints pursuant to your emails;
  3. responding to and taking follow-up action on feedback regarding the use of the App;
  4. responding to your Tacks containing any advertisement, request or enquiry on a Noticeboard;
  5. sending you marketing commercial communications in relation to any products or services that may be provided by DZPL or our related entities;
  6. sending you general (non-marketing) commercial communications;
  7. performing office and operational administrative matters;
  8. market research purposes and conducting analytics of our services;
  9. providing third parties with statistical information about our users; and
  10. for any other purpose that we may notify you of and obtain your consent for.
3. If you decide to post a Tack that contains Personal Data, you hereby acknowledge that such Personal Data will be disclosed publicly and we have no control over who has access to such Personal Data and over how such Personal Data may be utilised by whomever has access to the App. You agree to do so entirely at your own risk and agree that we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may arise from your posting of the Tack.
4. Save in accordance with this Policy, we will not, without your express consent, disclose your Personal Data to third parties for the purposes of direct marketing.
Data Collected by Automated Means

We may record information that your mobile device routinely shares, such as your mobile device type, language, software and hardware attributes, the date and time of your access to the App, your Internet Protocol address and the geographic location associated with that address, the pages on the App that you visit and the time you spent on those pages. We may also use services to gather statistical information about the users of the App and how they use the App.
Third Party Sites

Our App may contain links to other websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites operated by third parties that are linked to our App. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of such third party websites. Once you have left our App, you should check the applicable terms, conditions and policies of the third party website to determine how they will handle any information they collect from you.
Disclosure of Personal Data Collected
1. We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties which may include but are not limited to the following:
  1. our affiliates;
  2. agents, contractors or third party service providers who provide to us operational services, such as information technology, market research, storage, archival or other services; and
  3. anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties.
2. We may also disclose your Personal Data to third parties without your consent for purposes which may include but are not limited to the following:
  1. to establish, exercise or defend our rights, property, and safety, and the rights, property and safety of our ResidentAgent(s), other users of our App and others;
  2. in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings; and
  3. in connection with a business asset transaction (i.e. the purchase, sale, lease, merger or amalgamation or any other acquisition, disposal or financing of an organisation or a portion of an organisation or of any of the business or assets of an organisation) to which we are a party or a prospective party.
Protection of Personal Data
1. We use reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks to your Personal Data.
2. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so entirely at your own risk. In particular, we do not warrant that such information may not be accessed, altered, collected, copied, destroyed, disposed of, disclosed or modified by breach of any of our physical, technical or managerial safeguards.
Access and Correction of Personal Data
1. You have the right to:
  1. check whether we hold any Personal Data relating to you and, if so, obtain copies of such data; and
  2. require us to correct any Personal Data relating to you which is inaccurate for the purpose for which it is being used.
2. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee in order to meet your requests under paragraph 7.1 above. Upon payment of the requisite fee, your request shall be processed within a reasonable time.
Storage and Retention of Personal Data
1. We will delete, as reasonably possible, or otherwise anonymise any Personal Data in the event that the Personal Data is not required for any reasonable business or legal purposes and the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected is no longer being served by the retention of the Personal Data.
Change of Policy
1. We reserve the right to revise this Privacy Policy in compliance with local legislation and for any other purpose deemed reasonably necessary by us, by posting a revised version of this Privacy Policy on our App without notifying you.
2. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, you should immediately cease use of the App. We will deem your continued use of the App as acceptance and agreement to the revised Privacy Policy.

Governing Law
1. This Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
